This app was designed to let you explore the concepts of Sensitivity and Specificity, as well as other statistical measures related to medical testing.

You can enter values for True Positive (TP), False Positive (FP), False Negative (FN) and True Negative (TN). Optionally, you can enter a percentage value for Prevalence. Instantly, the statistical measures are calculated for you!

The best part is you can change values on the fly by swiping your finger on the interactive graph. Touch the orange circles at the boundaries between sets, then drag left or right to decrease or increase the size of the sets, and watch how the measures change, above. Its an intuitive way to learn the relationships between the values. Statistics has never been this fun!
